Sale of Units

There shall be no restriction on the sale, conveyance or other transfer of title to any Unit, but any sale conveyance or other transfer shall be subject to the Act, the Amended Declaration, the By-laws, and the Rules and Regulations of the Association. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the sale of a Unit shall not be subject to any right of first refusal in favor of the Association or any other Unit Owner. In order to maintain proper Association records, at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to any transfer, a transferring Unit Owner shall notify the management company in writing of the name and address of the proposed transferee and the projected date of settlement. All buyers are required to pay a onetime, non-refundable, capital contribution fee to the Association at the time of settlement.
