Welcome to Liberty Square Condominium Association located in beautiful, historic Newtown, PA. Known as one of the best places to live in Pennsylvania, this Philadelphia suburb is located in the heart of Bucks County. Newtown has much to offer its residents in the way of restaurants, bars, and shops. Residents also enjoy nearby community parks like Tyler State Park and Core Creek Park. Our neighborhood thrives on a strong sense of community encouraged and protected by our shared guidelines.

Monthly Meetings
Homeowner Association meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month in the clubhouse and are open to the residents at 7:30 PM. All are welcome
Housekeeping
All trash cans, trash bags and recycle containers need to be stored in the REAR of each unit. This also applies for the condo building. They are not to be stored behind the shrubs, on the porch or anywhere in the front of the units. Inspections will be...
